Every Livid product is backed by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to shop with confidence.
What’s Covered
- Structural faults such as broken stitching, defective hardware, or material failure due to workmanship
- Issues that impact the normal function or intended use of the product
What’s Not Covered
- General wear and tear
- Scratches, scuffs, or changes in colour due to exposure and age
- Damage from improper use, storage, or lack of proper leather care
- Water damage or prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, or heat
- Personalisation fading over time
Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Only products purchased directly from shoplivid.com are eligible.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect must be submitted with your claim.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Email support@shoplivid.com with your order number and description of the issue
- Attach photos clearly showing the defect
- Our team will assess the issue and respond with next steps
If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the item at no cost. Your warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Any modifications or unauthorised repairs will void the warranty.
- Our warranty sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
