We want you to feel confident shopping with Livid. If something isn't quite right, here's how it works.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Custom or personalised items made through our Livid Atelier program are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Want to return your order? Simply ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Once shipped, email us at support@shoplivid.com with your order number and tracking number. That's it. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong case? Ship it back to the same address above in its original condition and packaging. Email us at support@shoplivid.com with your order number, tracking number, and the correct product you need. We'll send out the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Faulty Item?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, take a clear photo of the packaging and the item. Email it to support@shoplivid.com along with your order number. Our team will sort it out for you. This is covered under our lifetime warranty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Share your tracking number with us so we can keep an eye on it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after this time, contact us at support@shoplivid.com.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
