We want you to feel confident shopping with Livid. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility
  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email our customer care team at support@shoplivid.com.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We’ll respond with a return form and the return address.
Return Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Damaged Item?

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take a clear photo of the packaging and the item.
  • Email it to support@shoplivid.com along with your order number.
  • Our team will assist you with the next steps.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, we’ll issue your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
