Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All Livid products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. For more info, visit our Warranty page.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by region:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express)
  • New Zealand: 4–7 business days (Standard), 2–4 business days (Express)
  • International: Times vary so check your local carrier or our Shipping & Delivery page for estimates.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all Australian and New Zealand orders over $100 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our Returns Policy page for the full process.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Please contact us at support@shoplivid.com with photos of the defect and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Do you offer monogramming or personalisation?

Not at the moment but we’re working on it! Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

How do I care for my leather item?
