Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Livid product is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything fails, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. No fine print.
How long does shipping take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International delivery times vary by location. Every order includes full tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so please contact us at support@shoplivid.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our Melbourne warehouse. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. The product just needs to be in its original condition. No questions asked.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. This is usually within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@shoplivid.com.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Contact us at support@shoplivid.com and we'll sort it out. Our lifetime warranty covers all material and craftsmanship defects.
How do I care for my leather item?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth for regular cleaning. Condition every few months and store in the cotton dust bag when not in use. Avoid soaking in water. Full care instructions is linked.
