Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. Peak periods such as sales or holidays may result in slight delays.

Delivery

All parcels are shipped using tracked services and will be monitored until delivery. Once your parcel is dispatched, we recommend checking your local carrier’s tracking system for delivery updates.

Livid is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage if a parcel is left unattended or delivered using a "safe drop" method.

Shipping Timeframes

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days for metro areas; up to 10 business days for regional areas. Free on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days for metro; up to 7 business days for regional areas. $15 AUD flat rate.

New Zealand

Dispatched via Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days. Free on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days. $15 AUD flat rate.

Please note: Delivery timeframes begin once your order has left our fulfilment centre. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

For global shipping estimates, please refer to the Australia Post website or your local carrier.

Shipping Delays

Livid is not responsible for courier delays and cannot provide refunds due to transit issues. International parcels may be handed off to your local carrier after leaving Australia.

Return to Sender

Livid is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Failure to pay customs duties or import taxes
  • Refusal by local authorities or closed shipping lanes

If your parcel is returned to sender, contact us at support@shoplivid.com. We’ll assist with redelivery or offer a store credit. Refunds are not available for returned packages unless faulty. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

Some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees. These charges are not included in your shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders withheld by customs are outside of our control. If you choose not to pay applicable fees and the parcel is destroyed or abandoned, no refund can be issued by Livid.

New Zealand customers: Shipments over NZD 1,000 may be subject to duties and customs clearance delays. Please contact your local customs office for guidance.
