Our Story
Born from the industry.
Built out of rage.
My father spent 25 years in the leather industry. Which means I didn't just grow up loving leather. I grew up understanding it. The feel of a good hide. What real craftsmanship looks like up close. And most importantly, what it actually costs to make something properly.
So when I started buying leather goods myself, I couldn't unsee it. Luxury brands charging a fortune, not because the leather was better, but because the logo was bigger. And on the other end, smaller brands cutting every corner they could, using the cheapest leather possible, or worse, slapping plastic polymers together and calling it vegan leather like that was something to be proud of. Nobody was doing it right. Nobody was being honest about it either.
I was livid. Not just frustrated. LIVID.
That word felt right. So I kept it.
Livid was built on three core principles. Use the highest quality leather, Make it with genuine craftsmanship, And build it to last, not for a season, but for years. No flashy logos. Just a clean, minimal design where the leather does all the talking.
Because that is what leather has always been about. You buy it once, you take care of it, and it takes care of you back. This industry had forgotten that. Livid hasn't.
"Great leather doesn't have to cost a fortune. We know because we grew up making it. Livid was built to prove that."
